Things to Bring

Camp Provides:

  • bunk beds

  • cooking equipment

  • refrigerator and freezer space

  • utensils

  • some paper products(toilet paper, paper towels)

You Bring:

  • Food, drinks, cooks, paper plates, napkins, paper cups, plastic silverware

  • Camp does have plates, cups and silverware, but you can save dishwashing time if you bring paper products)

Each Person Brings:

  • Clothing

  • Bedding

  • Bathroom needs

More and More Retreat Groups are having us do the food and cooking!  Easier for you.  See the rates below.

Retreat Calendar fall 2010
Rent Camp Lutherhoma for your group.  Use the camp's many facilities offered to develop your unique program.  Lutherhoma staff will conduct our Group Initiative Course Program with you.  (Otherwise known as the challenge course, or GIC).  This is by far our best program for you to experience.  See the GIC Section for more information.

Rent Either Theimer Hall (35 capacity) or the cabins and dining hall (winter 80 capacity or warm weather 140 capacity.) 

Camp will lead your group on an adventure experience, such as rock climbing, mountain biking, or canoeing. Use Camp Lutherhoma as a housing opportunity for groups wanting to go canoeing on the Illinois River.

Retreats can be valuable for children, families, youth groups and adults.  Ask us to help you plan your retreat program.

  • We want to help you be nurtured in Discipleship for Jesus through out-door settings.  Our staff is willing to lead devotions and Bible study for your group at your request.

  • Call camp right away to set your date for a retreats.  Many weekends fill up months in advance.

  • Lutherhoma is owned and operated by the Oklahoma District of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod.

  • Lutherhoma is open the the public, and is year round!

Current Rates
For groups renting the facilities and providing their own food and cooks.  Camp can provide food service at an additional fee upon request.

Rental Only

  • Full Weekend - $35/person

  • Sat. AM-Sun. PM - $27/person

  • Fri. PM-Sat. PM - $19/person

  • Single Day Only - $10/person

Rental and Group Initiative Course

  • Full Weekend - $63/person

  • Sat. AM-Sun. PM - $43/person

  • Fri. PM-Sat. PM - $35/person

  • Single Day Only - $26/person

Non-Lutheran Groups - Add $4/person to each rate above.

Lutherhoma Provides meals - Add $6/person/meal to the above rates.

Children Under 5 are free!

Deposit of $150 - non refundable if cancelled within 30 days of event.   Rates for shorter or longer retreats are figured for you upon booking your retreat.

Other Fees and Information

  • Entire Camp - Add $150

  • Dining Hall Alone - $150 half day or $300 full day

  • Pool Alone - $10/person
